The Place Holding Payment is about holding your spot and letting us know your intention to join the tour. We know the tour is a long way ahead, however this ensures your spot is held until the time that deposits are due. Your $400 payment is then deducted from your final balance.
 
The Place Holding Payment  is the first step to joining the tour.
 
• when we release the final tour cost you have 14 days to confirm or decline your place
• if you confirm your place the $400 is deducted from your final balance owing
• if you decline your place your $400 is refunded within 14 days
 
Our Tour Cancellation Policy
• 120+ days before tour departure: forfeit $150 of your deposit (this does not include your Place Holding payment).
• 75-119 days before tour departure: forfeit 25% of the complete tour price.
• 50-74 days before tour departure: forfeit 65% of the complete tour price.
• 30-49 days before tour departure: forfeit 85% of the complete tour price.
• 0-29 days before tour departure: forfeit 100% of the complete tour price.
• No refunds are possible after the tour begins.
